- A lot of her success came about way later in her career.
- It’s never too late, that’s a limiting belief.
- There was a pain point of staying the same
- Fear was holding her back, so she had to work through her anxiety.
- She had to get to a point where she felt that no matter what happened it would be better than disappointing herself.
- You’re either always getting better, or you’re going backward.
- A lot of her success came about way later in her career.
- Where did you first start seeing success in your life?
- At first, she was just happy to start doing small things, like becoming a personal trainer.
- She was raised with limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome all the time.
- This was when she was about 26 years old.
- She opened up her studio about two or three years later.
- All of us know there’s something really big and training and opening the studio were just a part of that.
- None of the training and eating matters if you’re not changing people’s belief system.
- She found that she was way more interested in the mindset piece than the physical part.
- Where did you meet your husband and how did Isagenix play in?
- She was in a bad situation with her roommates.
- She came home to work with her dad and make some money.
- She met Chris at the gym and planned to get out of Green Bay, WI.
- The timing was bad, but she kept seeing him at the gym.
- They became friends and had no expectations.
- After six months it turned into a romantic relationship.
- They’ve been together for over 16 years.
- When did you find Isagenix?
- After a bad competition season, she found Isagenix and it helped her break the cycle and reset herself.
- When you can change someone’s emotions you can help them shift their life.
- She thought her career might be ruined by doing network marketing.
- She realized that she needed to be all in or all out.
- How did the transition from growing up religious to becoming your own person go?
- If you feel like you’re not getting anywhere it’s because you’re trying to live someone else’s life.
- Her life’s commitment is to start making decisions to find out how to be free.
- Take radical responsibility for where you’re at.
- Do you believe that what you know or who you know is more important, and why?
- Who you know, because it will help you elevate to the next level.
- You can learn what you don’t know from who you know.
- How crucial have paid masterminds or mentorships been in your career so far?
- When things aren’t getting done, that’s when you know you need a coach/mentor/mastermind.
- She’s technically in three masterminds this year.
- They’re vital.
- In the last few years she and Chris have spent far over six-figures on masterminds.
