Heather is an advocate for women’s empowerment and domestic violence prevention. Her career in law enforcement led her down a path of learning how to help women go from surviving in life to thriving after the traumatic experience of domestic violence. This led Heather to begin the non-profit, Surviving to Thriving, Atl, which provides a long-term sustainability program for individuals that want to thrive in life after surviving domestic abuse.
