Joost Janssen is a father, actor, stuntman and former Navy SEAL. He enlisted in the Navy at 22 years old after his wife was tragically killed in an automobile accident. He served more than 12 years as a Frogman before leaving the military. Joost then worked for the CIA for over five years and has made deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen and many others. Currently he is a Hollywood actor and stuntman who has worked on films such as Iron Man, Transformers, American Assassin and more.  In this segment, Joost expands on why you should keep doing difficult things to push your mind and body and improve your mindset.

The Dalai Lama said “ Fearvana inspires us to look beyond our own agonizing experiences and find the positive side of our lives .” Akshay now helps people build a positive relationship to suffering in order to create a life of boundless bliss. In this segment Akshay describes the “ultra run” and other extreme activities that have helped him confront PTSD.
